SmartCarry provides Free Shipping via USPS First-Class mail for all orders. You may request expedited shipping during checkout of USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 2-3 days, or USPS Express Mail, which attempts to do next day delivery, or if that's not possible, 2-day delivery.

Refunds: If you decide to return the holster, mail it back to us with the original Invoice
Order and a short note requesting a refund. We will refund you for the cost of the
holster. We do not refund Shipping/Handling or special orders. We reserve the right to
refuse a refund or partially refund any returned holsters that are damaged.

Exchanges: If we make a mistake, we provide a free exchange otherwise S/H is $10.00.

SmartCarry® provides a 60 day trial period and a one year guarantee against any material
or workmanship defects.

The SmartCarry holster is guaranteed for one year. With casual, everyday use, we expect the
SmartCarry holster to be serviceable for three to five years or longer. If you use a SmartCarry
holster in your professional life such as an undercover police officer, military, plumber or similar
work activities, the holster will wear out faster. If you wear SmartCarry daily, we recommend
purchasing a second holster both as a back-up and because two last longer than one.

SmartCarry® honors our obligation to provide refund requests in a timely manner. As part of
