I tried everything I could think of to carry my 45 concealed when wearing my bib overalls. This is the most perfect holster by far if you wear bibs. It is so comfortable you really can forget you are carrying. As for going to the restroom, NO PROBLEM at all. I have the dunlap disease (belly dun lapped over my belt) so the bibs are a little roomy anyway so there is NO restriction anywhere at all. I wore it to my local shooting range and when asked where my gun was I showed them and I believe you will be getting more orders very soon. Since the dunlap will limit my ability to draw quickly from regular jeans, I am going to purchase more bibs.

Got my smart carry for my glock 30 yesterday. It's amazing how I can carry a 45 ACP around with 20+ rounds of ammo and no one is the wiser. I wear it an average of twelve hours a day. I have worn it everywhere and no one noticed I was carrying. It hides perfectly and wears comfortably since I don't have all that weight pulling on my waist. I even wore it into the local gun shop and they didn't even know I had it on until I showed it to them. They were amazed!

Since I work as a self-employed person in a retail environment, where I have been assaulted several times, I need to be armed at all times. This offers me an opportunity to carry a full size caliber with no detection at all. I have served over 200 customers already and no one noticed that I was carrying. I was worried about being able to draw the weapon quickly, but again, there is no problem... it draws easily and quickly. I can get my gun out just as quickly as I can with a regular IWB holster.

I have to say that it was well worth the price I paid to have the comfort of carry and the ability to quickly put the gun into action. Sometimes I have to check and see if it is still there. There is no discomfort at all while sitting, standing, or walking.

I received the SmartCarry (for my Springfield Ultra Compact) yesterday, and I felt compelled to write.

I LOVE IT! After only 10-15 minutes of initial fitting and fumbling, I was smoothly presenting and re-holstering my gun. I know with more practice, I’ll be even smoother!

Two of my co-workers & I also teach the North Carolina Concealed Carry Course approximately one a month, and I plan on integrating my SmartCarry into the class presentation demos in the next class.

Just wanted to let you know that your holster is amazing! I am a short guy with a thin build and no perceptible gut, and my full-size 1911 is virtually undetectable in this holster, even with just shorts and a t-shirt. Furthermore, it is not intrusive at all when performing day-to-day activities, including sitting, one thing I was a little worried about. It's nice to know that I can carry concealed a full-size large-caliber autoloader and an extra magazine without having to change my wardrobe.

Hi Charlie,I got the smart carry the other day & it's GREAT it''s alot better than I thought it could be! My Taurus PT 145 fits just as good as the P-11 & a saftey pin make it work great for the P-32.It's comfortable & the PT 145 disappears & really fast easy draw. I will be ordering another one shortly.

Hi Charlie.Thank you very much for correcting the wrong size that was sent to me.That is GREAT CUSTOMER service.The small Smart carry is a lot better for me than the extra small for my KelTec .380 with laser and the extra magazine and the knife and I'm sure my soon to arrive Glock 27 will fit nicely as well.This system hides so well in my shorts and a business suit that it is just amazing. NO one knows I'm carrying and even within a week it feels as if I'm not properly dressed without it on! Great product and great service.

Let me start by saying that I hardly ever write to endorse any product but, I have to make an exception in this case!

I received my smart-carry holster yesterday, (faster than a speeding bullet). I want to thank you for your help in making sure that I received the correct sizing when I spoke with you on the phone. It is a rare occurrence that when placing an order for anything that the president of the company answers the telephone to take your order. I am an X-Deputy Sheriff and I wish this holster was available years ago. I looked it over stitch by stitch when I received it. The quality is outstanding! I wore it out in public today and was amazed how well it concealed my weapon. I read many of the testimonials on your page before I placed my order and I must admit that they were all true. The comfort was unbelievable, when following your clear enclosed instructions, and I will be recommending your product to everyone I know. I tried several of my weapons with the medium size that I ordered and it fits them well. I will be ordering again real soon for a large size SC and also another medium one for my wife. I, like many others, have tried dozens of holsters from other manufacturers and will be boxing them up for a yard sale items.

Thanks for confirming my order for the small size SmartCarry for my Kahr PM9. I had ordered a SmartCarry regular for my Glock 23. I prefer to carry my Glock but it was difficult to conceal where I felt comfortable that this thing wasn't bulging out. So, I read an old article from US Concealed Weapon magazine on the SmartCarry and it looked okay but I was skeptical. Well, I love it! I have been carrying my Glock for over a week in the house and out in public and no one has noticed, not even my wife. I didn't tell her I was wearing my Glock and she still doesn't know.

The big test came today when I needed to visit my doctor at a large local hospital. When I go this hospital, since it is in a city that is very high on crime, I always carry. I had my Glock 23 in my SmartCarry and had a examination from my waist up and the nurse or doctor did not mention anything or did they look like they were suspicious of anything unusual. This product is the best, with warm weather arriving and wearing shorts, it solves all my concealment concerns. I like to carry a Kahr PM9 in certain circumstances and I have ordered a SmartCarry in a small size to carry my PM9 in it. I know that you can pin the regular to accommodate the smaller gun, but I want to have a SmartCarry for each gun and not need to put pins in it. Received the holster today and I was pleasantly surprised. It is as advertised. I am not a big person and my Ruger SP101 2.25 inch barrel 357revolver is not easily concealed on my small frame but the Smart Carry was made for me. It is amazing. It conceals perfectly without imprinting or suspicion. Its comfortable. Doesn't interfere or show with activity. Works with my jeans, shorts, dress slacks, and suit pants. Absolutely amazing. Comfortable sitting, bending over, driving, riding bicycle, and on horseback. Couldn't ask for more. Workmanship looks good and don't see why it shouldn't hold up under normal use. Thanks a lot.

On Jan. 17, 2006 I started wearing the SmartCarry security model. In it is a Kel-Tec P-3AT equipped with an ArmaLaser sight and two spare mags. I have been wearing this combination 24/7 except when I shower -- and I do mean literally 24/7! When I am somewhere that it is illegal to carry concealed, I remove the gun but I still wear the holster and spare mags. The longer I wear it the more comfortable it gets. I completely forget I'm wearing it.

I normally wear an untucked shirt over slacks or shorts and use suspenders - no belt.

I use a three-step draw technique:

I purposely haven't told anyone including my wife that I'm carrying. To date no one including my wife has noticed anything. I'm going to see just how long it takes for anyone to catch on. Over three months and counting!

I received my holster on Saturday. I was a little leary about the front carry option along with jeans. Gave new meaning to the --is that a gun, or are you just happy to see me saying. (LOL) -- I have found that I can carry in any position just as easy. Since the holster has the velcro strap and is independent. I can also carry in any positon with a shirt tucked in. I think the SmartCarry is way more versital than how you advertise it. I bet you would have more sales just mentioning that although not designed for it can be used as an ISWB holster in various positions. That was my main holdup in ordering one in the beginning. I did not want to be stuck with the 12 clock option. Did I mention that it is very comfortable also. In the near future I'm going to buy a baby Glock which means I will be in touch with you again. I will also recommend this setup to anybody I know that's for sure.

Hey Charlie, I just wanted to send you this.

I've been wearing my SmartCarry daily for over 4 years, I think (I can't remember when I bought it, but it was a LONG time ago). (Webmaster's note: it was purchased March 4, 2002)

After at least 4 years of daily use, I figure its getting close to time for a new one. The attached picture is of my holster in its current condition. Feel free to use this picture as a testament to the toughness of your holster. It may appear a little worn, but at the moment it is 100% functional. The white exposed still hasn't given way to the inner layer of denim. The holster has accommodated me through 30 pound weight gain and loss as I enter my mid-late twenties.

Four years of daily use for around sixty dollars is incredibly cheap at the price, especially considering this holster goes ANYWHERE. The holster has literally outlasted at least 10 pairs of jeans and probably almost all of my other clothing, that wasn't worn every day. ;)

Just wanted to say that I received my holster today and I am truly amazed at, not only how comfortable it is, but how literally invisible it is! It's truly amazing! I've got it on now with my HK .40 USP and an EXTRA MAGAZINE and not only can I not even notice it when looking in a mirror (and I'm looking for it) but it's super comfortable! You have such a great product here!

First of all, thanks so much for taking time with me on the phone. The shipping was much faster than I expected.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical of the ability to carry a Glock19 with two hi-cap magazines all day and not feel it. I also admit that I didn't believe I could actually sit down carrying a handgun that size and not have it poking me. After wearing the SmartCarry for 10 hours today, all I can say is.. I'm a believer! I even wore it while taking my kids for a walk while wearing basketball shorts and a t-shirt. Incredible! I can't recommend the SmartCarry enough to anyone who is considering it.
