Hi Charlie,

Got my holster this afternoon. Thanks for the speedy delivery. It is awesome. I wore it out with my Glock Model 38. No one noticed it at all. Very comfortable also. I found that I can put my left hand in my dress slacks and push it out of my beltline with a little tug from my right hand. It is fantastic. Thanks so much. It is much more comfortable without the extra magazine. I think that will be the way I carry it. If 8 ain't enough, I am in a world of sxxx.

Best Regards

Dear Mr.. and Mrs.. Parrott,

I placed an order for your fantastic holster on Friday NIGHT 1/5/07 and received it today, Monday 1/8/07! I have never seen such customer service in my life. Also, the product is even better than than I expected and I had read that it is the most fantastic invention since sliced bread!

You people are the greatest besides being geniuses! Thank you very much. I will be ordering a white one and one that will accommodate my rail light shortly. I'm sitting at my work station wearing it with my CZ in it in total comfort.

I gotta hand it to you Charley, Your holster is the best holster I have ever used. Since I received it I have not left the house without carrying my Glock 26. I have asked several buddies if I look like I am carrying concealed, and they all say no, not that I can see.

I have showed them and at least one of them will be placing an order. look for Hxxxxxy. Coming to you soon. He also is a retired State Policeman.

Thanks again for making a quality concealed holster that is so easy to carry you sometimes forget that you have it on.

Hey, Charlie!

Hope your day is going well.

As I mentioned on the phone this morning, please send me another holster just like the one I got before. The one I have is getting a little worn on the lower edges.

The holsters are everything you've said about them. My wife is the only one that knows I wear it and the Model 27 Glock is a great weapon for concealment.

So: The pistol is a Glock 27, I'm right handed and I believe my measurement was 38 waist, which it still is. The holster is a Medium

If you need my Credit card info again, let me know and I'll send it over your website.

Again, Happy New Year!

Hey Charlie

Got my smart carry in the mail today. I put it on per your instructions and tried it with three pair of pants and all I could say was wow. So i went down stairs and said to my wife well what do you think and she said about what. Then I showed her my 1911-A she said wow you can't even tell, I do have to wear it a little to the right but no problem

Hi, First I have to say what incredible fast shipping. Order in on Dec. 27 and was wearing on Dec. 30. From Florida to Washington, now that's fast service.

Thanks for this AWESOME holster. Needed a good conceal holster for my small 5' 6" 150lb frame. I carry a Glock 27 and can conceal it OK if I wear a coat/jacket. Now I can carry my Glock, a spare mag and a folded up $20 bill (mad money in the small pocket I found next to the ammo pocket on this holster), no coat/jacket and with my shirt tucked in. This also fits my Ruger SP101 perfectly.

More, this the first afternoon and my wife asked me twice why I had that smug look on my face. She had no idea until I showed her. Walked the dog a mile or so around the neighborhood and after a few blocks it was easy to forget I had it on. My buddy, who is used to seeing me carry was amazed. I can see this being my favorite holster. No more wondering if I can carry concealed!

Again thanks,

Received my holster for Colt Defender .45, LOVE IT!!! All I did was put it on and tried my Colt in it for fit. I saw you several times in FT. Myers at the Lee Civic Center gun show and was a doubter, but no more. Thank you so much for a great holster. I have several others but because of my clothing or what ever I always went to my gunny sack which was bulky and I would go back to my pistol rug. I'm so glad I went to the Concealed Carry web sight and down loaded the free carry manual. Tim saying that your holster being the one he used the most made me want to try it, I am not sorry, but as you now realize I am windy. One question, "Can I get one for my S&W Mod 629 N frame, .44 mag, 3" barrel"? Hope to hear from you soon, no rush because I'm sure you are busy. Thank You Again for a fine holster that works. You can use this if you wish.

Please do not use my name or address.

I am a construction superintendent and require a full range of motion to do my tasks including climbing ladders, bending, squatting, kneeling etc. I also wear tight starched clothing that make it impossible to conceal much of anything. I also wear my pants tucked into my boots so a ankle holster is out of the question.

I have been using your product daily and I have found it to be perfect for my lifestyle. I have been carrying a Kel-Tec P3AT without any significant printing in 34x36 starched Wranglers. Forgive my candor but I find that the normal toilet tasks are easily accomplished by either moving the holster to the side or allowing it to ride up as required.

I am on the 9th year of carry permits but I have never been able to do so without a shoulder holster and coat which is not my daily wear. I'll never be able to stuff a cannon in my Wranglers but your product is excellent for my purpose. Thank you.

Charlie,

Just a note of thanks. First I live about as far from you as is possible in the continental US (Seattle). But the amazing this is that I received both orders 3-business days after I placed the order online (the last order was even on the Christmas weekend). Now that is phenomenal service. I thank for you that.

But I have a bigger thanks. I am a fan of the 1911 .45 ACP as you are. I have spent a fortune of various holsters for my two 45s (one full-size and one commander-size). But none allowed me to carry without wearing heavy clothing or jackets or whatever. I was almost resigned to buying some little pocket gun since I usually wear tee shirts and jeans – thus a normal holster, even inside the waistband just didn’t cut it. But then I found your holster on the web and ordered one for my 5-inch barrel .45 – it was fantastic. A couple days later I ordered one for the commander-size. They work better than advertised.

But my real point is that you saved me hundreds of dollars, maybe even thousands by not having to buy a smaller gun to carry. Your SmartCarry holster adapts to what I wear all the time – not forcing me to adapt to the holster. And I can carry the gun I know and love and one that will do job with confidence for me.

Also, I always carry a cellphone. By placing the belt-case for the phone over the butt of the gun, there isn’t even a slight bulge visible. I have sent a picture showing how that looks.

I am impressed with your product (the quality is great) and most importantly your customer service is unparalleled.

Thanks for everything,

Thanks for the quick shipment!

I received the holster yesterday, tried it on in accordance with the directions, and then tried on a pair of Wrangler Cowboy Cut Jeans, my tightest fitting pants. After a bit of adjustment I found the right combination of accessibility and concealment for my Glock 23 and extra magazine.

I wore the holster last night at home and no one noticed. I stood, sat at dinner, laid on the couch, fed and watered the horses, and went about my normal business with no discomfort. I walked the dogs this morning, drove to work, sat at my desk, presented at a meeting, and went out to lunch at a busy eatery without any second glances.

This is a great system -- simple, effective, and it makes daily carry a real possibility. No other holster can match it for concealment and accessibility.

Your web site was very helpful, particularly the customer comments, FAQ, and instructions.

Thanks for a job well done!

Charles,

Charles,

Thanks for the great product. There are two things I appreciate about your Smart Carry product. My job puts me into a lot of close contact with people. I work with people of all age groups, and kids can be unpredictable. With the Smart Carry I won't have to worry about someone accidentally touching my suit coat and exposing my handgun. That is really important for me.

The second thing I like about your product is the comfort. I had abdominal surgery a short time ago. I have an incision that runs from below my belly button to my belt line. I tried a cheap belly band once, but it put my gun too close to that weakened part of my belly. It really hurt. Your product puts the gun lower into a perfect position. As soon as I put my holster on I could tell that the Smart Carry is superior. I can even bend down to tie my shoes without the butt of the gun painfully imprinting into my scar tissue. I can't tell you how important that is too me.

One more thing that I tried that you might like to know about. I noticed the specific instructions you provided in regards to drawing and holstering handguns. I practiced while lying on my back at first. In this position there is very little pressure on the beltline. It make is much easier to practice your specific (and important) instructions for a fast draw. After a while I practiced while standing up (sucking in my gut to gain the type of access that I had while laying down), and then seated. You are right. I believe with more practice I too can achieve a fast draw with my Smart Carry.

Thanks again,

M. R. - USA

Hi Charlie,

The Smart Carry Security V arrived this morning, and has already been introduced to Glock 19. They seem to be getting along very nicely. I am wearing it around the house until my CWL arrives. This holster is every bit as comfortable as you claim, and I seem to have adapted to it already. The quality and workmanship are superb. I am delighted with it and am pleased to learn I can carry a smaller weapon in it by the simple use of safety pins! I'll let you know in due course how long it takes others to discover I am carrying!

Thanks for a great product. Have been somewhat surprised to be able to carry a full size 1911 comfortably in concealed mode. Today have been running errands and had a luncheon engagement in comfort, wearing corduroy jeans and a trim fitting thin sweater while carrying an SP101 within easy reach. Ingenious design and great build quality, too.     Best wishes for continued success.

First of all, you should know that I almost never write a company unless there is a problem with the merchandise I bought or service I received. No worry, I am not writing to complain this time. Though I have had my carry permit for about two years now, I am fairly new to the carry all the time philosophy. Up till recently, I only carried in my vehicle. Pretty stupid in light of the fact that my job has me in and out of strangers homes on a daily basis. I have had more than a few scary things happen to me while my protection was in the car. Recently, I decided that I would carry all of the time. I feel it is important to my family’s and my safety as well as a civic duty! As I looked for holsters to fit my needs, none struck me as being adequate. Though some would work some of the time, none would work all of the time…until I found the Smartcarry. I read the testimonials on the website, but also did my own research on the web. I figured if there was something negative about the product, it would be said on websites not owned by Smartcarry. Well, after over a month of research, I could find nothing to dissuade me, and everything to encourage the purchase. Also, I figured with a 60 day guarantee, I could not go wrong.

I received the holster in 3 business days. Not bad. Though it came on a busy day at the office, I could not resist the temptation to head for the restroom and try it on. I have to admit, my initial experience with it on was disheartening. I guess I had expectations of it being so comfortable that it could not be felt. It can be felt (I carry a Taurus PT111Ti 9mm). In fact, the entire day (maybe two) I was quite discouraged. It was a bit uncomfortable, but I figured I needed to give it a fair shake. I tried it with different clothes and in different positions. I am glad I waited it out because I found out several things. First, it is most comfortable if you wear a pant size about one size larger than you would normally wear. Second, it takes a few days to get used to. By the third day, I knew the gun was there, but it was quite wearable. It is never going to be as comfy as not having it on at all, but I would rather be a bit uncomfortable and be armed than the alternative.

Now, for the test…is it truly concealable? I decided to tell no one I was packing. My wife knew I had a new gun and had decided to carry all of the time, but knew nothing of the holster. In fact, she probably forgot entirely that I planned on carrying all the time by the time I decided on a holster. My test was this, how long can I carry before she (or someone else) notices? I received the holster 11 days ago. I have worn it all day every day since then. She has been with me much of that time. I take it off at night to go to bed only. Thursday was Thanksgiving at our place. We had 15 guests and I was wearing the entire time. No one noticed (and they are the type of people who would say something if they did). My co-worker knows I am carrying only because I had to take it out when we stopped at the gun store (why is it that gun stores do not allow law abiding citizens to carry in store…weird). He was a bit baffled when I pulled it out. He asked how long I had been carrying. I answered, “Three days around you.” He made me put it back, do a 360 and was still baffled. Though you can see the print slightly if you are looking for it, no one would ever see it otherwise. If the print is seen, it is probably discounted as a wallet or a set of keys in the front pocket. He was amazed. The reason I am writing this today is to inform you that my wife finally found me out this afternoon. After 11 days of carrying around the house, out to eat, to church, etc., she finally noticed. I am not going to go into the details as to how she found out, but needless to say, no one who would be a threat to me or my family would find me out that way. Only my wife, if you know what I mean. Ahem! In all seriousness, that is part of the genius of this product. No one is going to stare at or feel around in the area where the gun is kept. It is stored in the most concealable place on the body.

My hats off to you and your product! Well done! I will highly recommend your product to all CCW guys I know!

With Regards,

Hello. I purchased one of your holsters a few years ago for my Glocks, and it's still going great!

However, I'm writing to you in hope of solving a different problem. My son is a juvenile diabetic. He's 17 and at a very active age. He just was given an insulin pump by his doctor, and he hates it even though it's healthier for him. What he hates is the fact that it's inconvenient to carry this pump on his belt 24 hours a day. So, last night I came up with this great idea, how about putting it in a Smart Carry? The only thing is that shape of the pouch might be a little deep for the pump. It's a little bigger than a pager. I would like to order one for him, but I was wondering if there's any way to get one that's squared off at the bottom. And maybe a little strip of velcro added to the top of the pouch would make it possible for him to sleep with it and not be afraid of it falling out and ripping the needle out of his stomach. I really think this would be a huge help to him. I searched the internet and I can't believe NOBODY is offering anything like the SmartCarry for this purpose. I think if you marketed this to doctors, it would be excellent. Please let me know if this is possible, if not I will order a regular one and try to modify it myself. Thanks for you product.

J. P. - Englewood, FL

Webmaster's note: J. purchased his SmartCarry® December 26, 2002 and we've asked him to get us the measurements of the insulin pump and we'll make it for him. This is not the first time a SmartCarry® has been used to carry medical devices, go to gunshows.htm and read the seventh paragraph down from the top (use your back button to return to this place)!

Hi Charlie,

Received holster today and it is absolutely perfect. You and Jo Ann have done an excellent job for me and I very much appreciate both of you. The gun sits in the perfect position and wears very well in spite of the weight of this particular gun.

I am a very satisfied customer and, as always, I highly recommend you in the gun forum I am a member of.

Thank you,

I ordered a SmartCarry about a month ago and love it. I wear it everyday with all kinds of clothing without problems. I work in the medical field, and wear scrub pants to work. For those who don't know, it is almost impossible to wear any type of belt or IWB holster with scrubs. They will end up around your knees before you know it. Here in Louisiana, it gets very hot so minimal clothing is required. This is why I use a SmartCarry. I can wear it with everything without problems. I have never been "made", and I get up close and personal on a daily basis with clients. I would recomend this holster to anyone. It takes a little getting used to, but once you wear it for a couple of days it is very comfortable. This is one holster that will never go into the box.

Mr. Parrott:

I recieved the SmartCarry holster for my Detonics, and have had a little over three weeks to try it out. It is everything promised in your web site and testimonials.

I work in environments where concealed weapons would be frowned upon. In the past I would often leave the weapon in the car rather than carried as there was simply no way to do my (occasionally physical) job with conventional holsters of any type.

When I got the holster I read the directions, and put it to use. Since I have been trying it it has become second nature, easy to forget it's there. The bathroom-use experience has been a learning curve, but I seem to have gotten the hang of it (no pun intended, but okay).

Definitely NOT a quick draw arrangement, but it beats having to run to the car if it's needed.

Thank you for a lovely, and a quality product. My box-o-holsters won't go to the Goodwill yet, but the SmartCarry is the day-to-day tool. Feel free to use this message in any way desired. I'm happy to add my vote to the legion you already have.
