I received my smart carry holster from you last week. It is pretty cool, although I don't think I will actually forget I have it on like some customers had commented. When I first tried to set down with it on I took a vicious pinch to my privates but that was because I had it strapped to high (that won't happen again). I can now carry my Glock 21 no matter what I wear and that really is a huge improvement over the other holsters (a Glock 21 is big pistol too). My smaller Glock 23 fits as well. I correspond with other female CCW's and have recommended your site, but haven't heard whether they have tried. I expect they are sceptical about claims of invisibility. Next time we meet, I plan a little show and tell. The white small fits my revolver pretty good and my .380 perfect. Rather than safety pins or bits of cloth, I resized the ammo pouch for the speedloader using semirigid foam from a child's playmat--the kind made of interlocking tiles. It's about 3/4" thick, so I tapered the edges--cuts with reg scissors--This stiffens the holster a little and helps spread the shape out a little. I spent the week at the fair, wearing light clothing and in the company of friends who probably would ask why I was wearing a codpiece. Nobody noticed that I was carrying continuously. In your section on dressing--you might mention that women will have to perfect the sweep maneuver, to move the holster inside the fly. I did not find it necessary to move the holster out of carry position at any time. Being able to use a public restroom without worrying about the pistol falling from an IWB holster or being visible to the occupant of the next stall is a big plus. I highly recommend wearing a tank top under the velcro belt. It might soften with age, but new it saws pretty hard on the back. When wearing a tucked-in shirt over the tank, I find it more convenient to just tuck the front tails under the holster, rather than putting the holster on over the shirt and dragging the back tail out. This moves the over-under transition toward the front where it's lower on the body and keeps the tank from being dragged up with the shirt. To sum up, I'm delighted with the one I've got and am back for another.

The only thing I would change is for the "loop" side of the Velcro to be longer so that the remaining "hook" side doesn't catch on the rear waistband of my shorts.........

In case this gets posted, the first holster was perfect but I wasn't comfortable with the bulk. The new holster with a Kel-Tec .380 is unbelievable! Since the weapon is a lot flatter you can't see anything and it's extremely comfortable. I'm small and slender and live in a warmer climate; wearing a coat or vest is impractical. IWB puts a big bulge on the hip that is totally obvious, even if you can tuck your shirt in. I'd bought an expensive Calco IWB and it's a work of art, but on a slender guy it stands out like a sore thumb. Ankle holsters are almost a joke and pocket holsters are okay for true pocket guns, by your holster is absolutely perfect. I got the replacement holster in just 2 days and your willingness to satisfy your customer is fantastic! I'll definitely be telling friends about your product and service!

I especially like the fact that my small size SmartCarry bears my S&W Centennial 640 .38 cal. when wearing shorts or in other summer attire. I go easily from suits to sweats with your product. When I called you a couple of months ago about the wear on the bias tape at the bottom where it hits the crotch of my pants and also the cylinder wear on the front and back of the holster, you said you would replace it if I sent it back, or I could just use duct tape to patch it instead! I did one better and paid my local cobbler $20 to sew leather on the front and rear of the holster where there was cylinder wear. It is a perfect solution and I love my SmartCarry even more! In the 16 years I have been involved in defensive carry of a pistol, I have never come across a better, more practical, inexpensive and effective carry system. Keep up the great work and please ship me a new medium-sized security model for use with my Glock 30 and Glock 19 (I believe it would work for my Sig P230 and my Smith Model 4516, too). Although when we spoke about my Glocks, I believe you said the small size holster works, I find it isn't so comfortable, so I will try the security model in a medium. Please also apply the 10% law enforcement discount, you should have my prosecutor's ID still on file from last year. Thank you again for your innovative product and great, personal service.

I carry a large array of different guns from a walther p-5 to a full size 1911.
The only small issue with mine is that the left holster pocket is slightly smaller than the right and my S&W 625-7 doesn’t sit all the way down. (only reason I mention this is I am left handed) but all the semi-auto’s fit fine.
I recommend this carry option to anyone who carry’s a lot and in casual clothes.
Great product and very left hand friendly.

I got it today and it works great.
I thought you might be interested in why I chose your holster instead of Thunderwear (the brand I had heard of before). It's simple, no internal seams on your holster to snag the weapon as its drawn from the holster. Face it, If I ever need to draw my pistol, it needs to work, it needs to work right and it needs to work right now without having to worry about floundering about with snagging on a holster seam.

I JUST GOT ONE OF THESE A COUPLE DAYS AGO... Been carrying a 38 detective special. and a .38 smith with a 4 inch barrel...TOTALLY comfortable and did a demo last night standing in front of 5 couples..no one noticed anything...the OHIO law sucks when in a car, but just slide it up and then back down when you exit the vehicle. I have carried with just a pair of shorts on and you CANNOT tell it. Add to that the fact that if you call the company the OWNER answers the phone and will help you determine what size you need. I LOVE THIS THING so far...easy access, easy reholster. SO FAR I recommend it for comfort and concealability.

I have to admit, like some people, I was skeptical about ordering the SmartCarry but I have to tell you that this holster is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I tried it on as soon as I received it today and wore it the rest of the day at work. No one could tell that I was carrying, heck, even I couldn’t tell. After about 30 minutes, I couldn’t even tell that I had it on. I used it while standing, sitting and bending with no discomfort at all. When I got home tonight, I put on every pair of pants and shorts that I have and put the SmartCarry holster thru as much maneuvers as possible and still there was no discomfort or restricted movement. I wouldn’t be able to do that with any other holster. After trying just about every holster on the market, the SmartCarry is the most comfortable and practical holster that I have ever had. Thanks for coming up with this design. I’m going to throw all my other holsters in the garbage, because that’s what they are compared to the SmartCarry. If this one ever wears out or I need another holster, IT’S SMARTCARRY FOREVER FOR ME. I will be telling all my friends about SmartCarry.

I initially found your website through a Goggle search, a couple of years ago. This is my second SmartCarry holster. I wore out my previous SmartCarry holster (I guess nothing lasts forever). I wear it whenever I am not at work. I use it on errands (where concealed carry is allowed) and around home (except during bed time).
I really appreciate the SmartCarry holster. It is very comfortable and is fairly easy to draw from. I always do at least one practice draw a day, while wearing it. I don't like to leave home without it.
I have 3 little children and find this is the safest way for me to carry a handgun. My children cannot accidentally or intentionally touch the gun. It is also great to be in a store and not worry about exposing THE GUN, while reaching for a product that is high on a shelf.

I’ve had my Smartcarry for a little less than a month now. Let me tell you, this is the greatest thing going. I can wear anything – I mean anything – from shorts to jeans to sweats and the only one who knows I’m carrying is me! Heck, sometimes, because it’s so comfortable, I have to check to be sure I’m carrying!
It took me no time at all to learn to draw quickly and smoothly and I can now completely forget the hassle of ever stressing out over what to wear that will allow me to carry discreetly. Sometimes I change from pants to my beat up, knock-around-the-house shorts and just leave it on. This thing is so comfortable and convenient that it’s absolutely no problem to wear from morning to night.
I want to thank you for your tremendous solution to summer carry! I’d recommend this product to anyone without hesitation and with great enthusiasm. I can’t tell you what a relief it is, knowing that your product has made one very big problem – comfortable and discreet summer (or anytime) carry a total non-issue.

Received the quick delivery of the small holster for my .38 Special snub nose.
Instructions are direct and easy to follow.
I admit that I was a bit sceptical of the concealment capability of a full size frame 38. And the ability to comfortably carry it all day. Sitting, driving, truck operation ( climbing up , down and crawling etc.)
I am pleasantly surprised ! The first evening, I push mowed my 1/2 acre lot without a slip or notice.
I have been able to; not only carry all day, but to even forget that the revolver is there!
My wife and co- workers have not noticed any change in my appearance. Even in walking shorts.
The only problem I might foresee .... is that I will need to be careful .. to remember to take the pistol off before entering the airport or courthouse.

I just received the medium sized SmartCarry holster for my Glock 36 and I am impressed! Being a dedicated shorts and t-shirt kind of guy, I would never have imagined being able to carry during the summer months until I read about SmartCarry. I was still skeptical after ordering SmartCarry until I tried it on this afternoon, now I'm a believer and may well order a size large in the near future so I can carry the pistol I used in the Military and my weapon of choice (a 1911 45 cal.) This holster is not bulky, the weapon rides securely, it doesn't require a belt, yet it supports the weight and it's not visible in my short pants even without a shirt on! I purchased one of your holsters a year or two ago and am an outspoken advocate of them. I teach at the Federal Academy as well as on site at the several of the largest nuclear power plants throughout the country. I have demonstrated your product using mine, but it is time for a new one since I have worn the front bottom of mine completely through.
